Pak Pak and Booh

Scarlett’s favorite new words are back pack and boots.  Whenever she sees either of these things, she has to put them on.

Then, no matter what he’s doing (or wearing), Dominik has to do the same.

 

Happy Easter!

Great Grandma Evadne hand knit these beautiful sweaters for the twins which were perfect for Easter morning.  As a beginning-intermediate knitter, I know how challenging these sweaters were to make, and she did it all with an injured hand!  Thank you, Evadne.  These will stay with us forever (and we use the blankets every night.)

These charming zapatos which bear some happy crabs (reflecting Scarlett’s zodiac sign) are a belated christmas gift from our friend Marguerite. Dominik also received some very cute onesies. Thanks Margo!

Thanksgiving: Part 3

For our evening adventure, we got the kids dressed up and took them to Kelly and Miriam’s house for coffee and dessert. Dominik and Scarlett had a lot of fun meeting new people until Dom had a melt down about 30 minutes later and we had to leave. To be fair to Dom, it was almost his bed time.

 

Cool Weather. Cool Kids.

The temperature is finally starting to drop here in L.A. (it’s been unseasonably hot up til now) so at last we’re going to be able to let Dominik and Scarlett start wearing all the wonderful hand-knit hats and sweaters friends and family have given us. First up are matching sets for each by Susan Wohl a long time friend of my family.

Today was also our third anniversary! Auntie Kap came down and helped out with the babies while Beth and I snuck out for a matinee and she left us a delicious lasagna too.

Trick or Treat

12 Weeks Today

The twins turn 12 weeks old today and they fit into these cute 6 month Dr. Seuss onesies.  Yippee!
