Gemma’s having a boy! Scarlett and I went to her shower together on our first mother/daughter date.
Scarlett was a little shy when we first got there,
but she warmed up to the ladies in no time!
She showed of her acrobatic skills
as well as her standing abiltiy and great big tongue.
All of the friends and excitement and gymnastics were a bit overwhelming,
and Scarlett konked out before the party was over. She’s going to have to learn to pace herself.
A lot has happened in the last couple of weeks. First, our good friends Ryan and Sally had their baby girl! Check her out on their blog. The biggest news in our lives is that Scarlett is crawling. Unfortunately, she’s so fast we haven’t been able to capture more than a blur on camera. Here are some photos from a Twinkle Time concert we went to last weekend with our friend Ryley and a play date we had with Kalvin.
We also did some recession shopping. New shoes two sizes too big for upcoming walkers: $9.00!
I’ve been back at work for 3 weeks now and the family seems to be settling into a nice routine. Every morning M.J. supervises Family Jump Time.
And every evening we eat our veggies.

Cooking Thanksgiving dinner for two while trying to care for two 4 month olds is impossible, so we decided to go out for brunch. We took a stroll to Fred 62 which has great out door seating and they’ll bring crayons to your table if you ask. Here’s MJ eating his Eggs Benedict and feeding Dom his bottle.
